We pride ourselves in top quality products and service and do everything possible to provide you with only the best. If, however, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, here’s how you can go about bringing it to our attention. We strive to deal with your query as quickly and efficiently as possible.
How to Deal With In-Store Sales?
- Always try to return the products to the same store where you have purchased it from.
- The store representative will immediately replace your product with the same product or a product of your choice, to the same value if:
the products are still within the best before date,
you present the proof of payment (the original receipt), and
you still have the original packaging of the products you are returning.
- If you are unable to do so, contact our customer care line on 031 5695424 or email us on online@rtesnacks.co.za .
- Our customer care consultant will return your email/call within three working days.
- Montagu will provide you with feedback, a return address and reference number and we will provide you with a replacement product to the same value, within seven working days if:
the products are still within the best before date,
you present the proof of payment (the original receipt), and
you still have the original packaging of the products you are returning.
- We will carry the cost of returning the products if the reason for returning it relates to quality .
- We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your claim that the reason for returning the products relates to quality issues.
How to Deal With Online Sales?
- Our delivery agents are not authorised to accept goods for return upon delivery of your order.
- If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please call our customer care line on 031 5695424 or email online@rtesnacks.co.za
- Our customer care consultant will return your email/call within three working days.
